Country Roots in the Heart of the City

Every November, the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair brings agriculture, horses and rural traditions to Toronto’s Exhibition Place. This year, The Royal runs from November 6–15th, 2026.
From livestock competitions and agricultural displays to local food and shopping. The Royal offers plenty of reasons to wander, explore and learn. It’s a place where visitors can connect with the people who grow our food, raise our animals and keep Canadian agriculture moving forward.
For horse lovers, the Royal Horse Show adds another layer of excitement. There’s something captivating about watching horses and riders from all over the world step into the ring—the preparation, partnership and countless hours of work coming together for their moment in the spotlight. Behind every polished performance and carefully presented animal is someone who has put in the early mornings and long days. That dedication is part of what makes an agricultural fair meaningful: the chance to see the pride people take in their animals and their work.
Whether you come for the horses, the food or a family day surrounded by farm life, The Royal brings people together around something worth celebrating. Country roots have a place to shine right in the heart of Toronto.
